Booking Agreement
Please review your headshot session agreement
To keep scheduling smooth and fair for all clients, Tee James Photography requires acceptance of the following terms before confirming your session.
Tee James Photography — Headshot Session Agreement
Session Fee & Payment
- The headshot session fee of $125 is due in full at the time of booking via the secure payment form on this page.
- Your session date and time are reserved only after payment has been successfully processed.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- You may reschedule your session once at no additional cost with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, or no-shows, forfeit the session fee.
Arrivals & Timing
- Please arrive on time and ready to begin at your scheduled start time.
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shorter session or the need to reschedule at the photographer’s discretion.
Image Selection & Delivery
- Following your session, you will receive a proof gallery to select your final images.
- Your booking includes 2 fully retouched headshots. Additional retouched images can be purchased separately.
- Final retouched files are delivered within 3–5 business days after you make your selections.
Usage Rights
- You receive a non-exclusive license to use the final images for personal and professional purposes (including websites, social media, LinkedIn, speaking engagements, and marketing materials). Client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Tee James Photography for any injury, property damage, liability, claim or other cause of action arising out of or related to the Services and or Work Product Photographer provides to Client
- Tee James Photography retains copyright ownership and may use selected images for portfolio, website, and promotional use unless you request otherwise in writing prior to your session.
Acceptance
By completing your booking and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Headshot Session Agreement.
You’ll be asked to confirm that you agree to these terms right before you submit payment.

On the payment form you’ll see a required checkbox confirming:

Payment is processed securely. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your appointment details and studio address immediately after booking.
